Ingredients:
- 1kg uncooked king prawns
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 sm fresh red chillies, seeded & sliced
- 2 tablespoons shredded fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Grainfields Liquid
Directions:
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Combine prawns, juice, garlic, chillies and basil in a medium bowl: cover, refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat half the oil in large frying pan, add prawns in batches, cook, stirring, until prawns begin to change colour. Add combined remaining oil, paste and Grainfields liquid, stir until prawns are just cooked. Serve warm or cold.
