Ingredients:
- 2 Granny Smith apples diced
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup of celery diced
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup Dong Quai Liquid (Body Ecology)
Directions:
Dice apples into small pieces and place into a large bowl. Sprinkle the lemon juice onto the apples. Add celery, raisins and then yoghurt and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed. Finally add the Dong quai liquid. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with grapes or cherries.
