Peanut Butter and Chocolate Rice Bubble Slice

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles or rice puffs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Grainfields Hemp Seed Sprinkle
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 5 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

 

First, line your tray with baking paper or cling wrap.

Next, add the cocoa powder, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a bowl then add in the rice bubbles and mix well to combine

Pour the mixture into the slice tray and use a spatula to level it out so that it is relatively smooth on top

Place into the freezer for 15 minutes until completely set. Once set remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut into squares for serving. Store in the fridge, as the coconut oil will melt if it gets too warm.
