Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats ( alternatives- rolled rice, rolled barley or rolled rye)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2 grated apples
- 2 tablespoons of currants
- 1 chopped banana
- 2 cups water
Directions:
Start the day with a good healthy breakfast before you go for that morning walk or go rushing off to work! Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, cooking on a low heat for about 15 minutes until grains are tender. Serve with maple syrup or honey or roasted seeds and yoghurt. Last but not least sprinkle on your daily serve of your favourite Grainfields Powder!
