This recipe uses Cottage Cheese which you can either ferment yourself or buy.
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate or carob chips
- 1 medium banana sliced
- slivered almonds
Mix the cottage cheese, honey, coconut flakes and chocolate chips in a bowl. Keep aside a few chocolate chips and coconut flakes to garnish. Gently stir in the sliced banana. Portion out the mixture into two glasses or bowls. Top with slivered almonds, a sprinkle of coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
