Buying Online

To buy any of the products listed on this website select your options from the Products pages. When you have selected everything that you would like, proceed to your basket and follow the links. Your order will be emailed to us for processing. A.G.M. Foods Pty. Ltd. accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard. Payment by Direct Deposit may be arranged by phone. If ordering online and supplying your credit card, the card will not be charged until we process the order. If you have any queries please contact us.

Freight Charge

If your order comes to under $200.00 there will be a freight charge. This freight charge will depend on weight, size and destination. This will be billed on top of your orders.

Total of your order “to date” does not include any freight charges and will not show on the invoice. Freight charges will show on the commercial invoice received with goods.

Shipping

Delivery within Australia is FREE for all orders over AU$200.00 (otherwise a freight charge will be added to your order). A.G.M. Foods uses the delivery method described below. Please add any special delivery instructions in your notice to us when you fill in your personal details.

Fedex or Aramex Couriers and Australia Post

Fedex or Aramex Couriers and Australia Post are competitive and reliable companies. Delivery times are between 1 to 10 days.

Damage or Loss while In Transit

Once goods are lodged with Australia Post or a courier, our liability ends because we have no control over the goods from that point onward. If instructed we will arrange insurance at an additional cost.

Returns

Return of goods will only be accepted if there is a valid reason and must be arranged withing 14 days of receipt of goods.
